Places to Visit

Some of the must do items in Cowra are to relax in the Japanese garden, visit the prisoner of War Camp Site, explore the Cowra Regional Art Gallery or local wineries. The Cowra Tourist Information Centre is located at the junction of Grenfell, Young and Boorowa Roads and has displays and information on local accommodation, wineries and other attractions. Wyangala Waters, an idyllic holiday park on the shores of Wyangala Dam that’s guaranteed to calm you down after a day of orienteering. It is on the edge of the map so there is no where to drive after you have finished your course.
